The staff was extremely friendly! They even gave my dog a rope frisbee upon check-in. There was lots of green space to walk my dog and the hotel was overall quiet. My only complaints were the the shower wasn’t very clean (hair and soap scum everywhere including the shower curtain), the TV didn’t work and the fridge sounded like a vacuum turning on every 10 mins or so. However, usually I don’t have an issue with MyPlace. I also didn’t give them a chance to fix the issues because I was only staying one night and didn’t need the shower. So I would absolutely give them a 2nd chance.

Overall this was a nice stay! My only complaint is the shower head needed to be scrubbed and there were a few crumbs in the kitchenette. However, the bed, carpet and rest of the hotel was clean! Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was very clean and staff was nice. Only complaint is breakfast wasn’t very well stocked both days. But overall this was great hotel in a great location and I would stay there again!

I was moved to three different rooms before one was clean enough to sleep in. The first room had blood all over the mattress and the second room’s mattress was moldy. The third room was tolerable but definitely not the cleanest. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!! I don’t think I will be staying there again.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly! Plenty of places for dogs to potty.

The place was very dirty. I had to move rooms as the first room and found the towels were used, not picked up and the toilet not clean. The second room I found cherry pits everywhere. The overnight staff person was very nice, but I would spend more money to get a better hotel.

I love Avid hotels, but did not have a great experience at this location. The sheets were dirt in my room. When I brought it to the receptionist’s attention he said “what do you want me to do about it”. When I explained I just wanted a new set of sheets he said he would just move my room. The sheets were stained (not just minor stains either) in the new room. Took pics of it to the receptionist who said he thought they were “probably clean.” He did end up moving me again when I disputed.
Thank goodness the third room had clean sheets, but the floor was stained (despite it being a wipeable floor). Then of course the next morning my dog got sick in the bed and I asked the new overnight receptionist for housekeeping to change the sheets and he said he would notify them when they arrived. I reminded the day shift receptionist and she immediately notified housekeeping. However when I got back to my hotel that evening, the pillows were moved (so housekeeping had been in the room) but the sheets hadn’t been changed.
What they did in my room I am not sure as even the trashcans hadn’t been emptied. Thank goodness the day receptionist was very helpful and immediately assisted in getting clean sheets and changing the bed including the mattress protector. However due to the issues with the clean sheets, the stained flooring and the initially rude receptionist I will not be staying at this location again.

This hotel was really nice! The rooms were HUGE, clean and quiet. The even put fake flowers in the folds of the bath mat as decoration. Super cute! The only disappointment was they didn’t refill any breakfast items after 9am, so they were out of most of the hot food, but still had lots of other food items available. I also appreciated how friendly the staff were to me and my dog. A bonus was its location. It was a five minute or so drive to the shopping on Main Street. I felt very welcomed! I would 100% stay here again!!

Overall it felt like the hotel tried to update, but on a very tight budget (didn’t fix walls before painting, hired crappy painters). It was dingy. The bathtub didn’t drain right so there was brown water sitting in it when I arrived. The bed was clean, but the walls were a mess. Someone had spilled stuff and it wasn’t scrubbed off the walls. It looked like they just cleaned the high traffic areas in the rooms and didn’t bother with trying to clean by the baseboards or under the beds. They didn’t bother restocking breakfast either when I went at 8:30 and it ended at 10. Not much food left. I love La Quinta, but I’d probably pass this one up.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and it was in an amazing location! Breakfast wasn’t the typical hotel breakfast and consisted of omelets, breakfast sandwiches, cereal, bagels, etc. It was such a nice hotel I ended up staying another night! It was very quiet other than I could hear the person above me stomping around occasionally.

Check-in was easy, staff were friendly, and rooms were very clean.
