Room was clean and recently updated. Staff was friendly and price was good. Only complaint was no coffee neither at desk in morning nor no machine/service in the room. Since Hawthorne is a bit of an outback, either bring your own or venture to one coffee house or McDonalds. Walking dogs is a problem throughout Hawthorne — only parking lots or side streets with barking guard dogs.

Nice room, accommodating staff. Difficult for walking dogs because of “devil claw” weeds everywhere! Small town so restaurant options off season are limited.

A little on the expensive side considering location. Only walking dogs on street side. Iffy neighborhood. Careful of additional charges.

Convenient location just off I-5 but quiet. Green areas on site for dog walks; rooms are large and clean Breakfast included hot options including the waffle maker and was good. Staff was very accommodating and cheerful. Very positive. Several good restaurants within walking distance.

Newly renovated: excellent reading lights, quiet , clean. Location a little seedy but not the hotels fault. Very accommodating staff. Not near any food or good walks as only negatives.

Small Western town with good vibe. Hotel room was new, clean and easily accessible for pets. A bit on the small side.

Excellent rooms, hot breakfast, perfect dog park with grass, walking distance to many restaurants.

Wonderful remodels going on in an old school motel. Hard floors, quiet corridors, upgraded showers, lovely breakfast. Staff are attentive and friendly. Good dog yard behind the place, plus town has great paved walk along the river with parks along the way. Dog friendly restaurants too (in season). All VERY positive beginning with Bridge Street Inn.

Nice, clean room. Requested first floor and got it. No issues with reservation. Two downsides: rudimentary breakfast and tight parking, especially when place is filled with contractors’ trucks.

couldn’t be any better
