spacious and peaceful. dogs got to swim in peace

the staff was welcoming threw out the stay. The hotel was in a quiet location close to the freeway. the tool was nice, even though the restroom was a bit small it served its purpose. The only negative about the hotel was the pet relief area was not well kept, guests used the pop trash cans as a trash can and it was not cleaned out for a couple days. Other than that it was a nice place in a nice location and we will definitely stay again.

my dogs had never stayed in a pet resort before and typically have separation anxiety. the staff here was nice and answered my questions prior to booking and more while we were there. my dogs stayed in the premium suit and it was spacious. they even let us walk them back and wait till they calmed down a little. the play area was a good size and they even gave them frozen treats while we were gone (we added to the package for a $3 extra charge) . we will definitely be back when we stay in the area again.

brought my 2 dogs here and the staff was amazing. I was able to join the waitlist online and cut the wait time in half and even request a table near the edge. they even have a dog menu.

Had such a great stay with our 2 dogs. the room was spacious and very quiet. Breakfast was included (the waffles were delicious). Our bigger dog enjoyed laying by the fireplace.
