Good Beer and Good Service
Charleville Vineyard & WineryThe beers are good, the service is friendly and the atmosphere peaceful.
Not Welcomed
Chaumette WineryWe called ahead to make sure the winery was open and allowed dogs. They said of course, come on in! We arrived and sat on a lower level seat, a waitress came to us and said we needed a reservation to be served.
I went inside to make a reservation (with her) and she told us to sit anywhere we’d like as long as it was on the porch.
We went and sat at a table and attempted to get served, again.
The same lady came back to us and said, ‘we actually like people with dogs to sit on the other side of our porch only.’ She also told us we were in the way at our current table.
After the 3rd table without service we decided to leave and drive a mile down the road to a winery/brewery where we were accepted with open arms!
