Fun for Train Lovers
Riley’s RailhouseThis is a really cute B&B. Dogs of all sizes are welcome in the boxcar rooms. There’s a park just half a block away. We had dinner at 219 Taproom across the street (not dog friendly). Please note: this B&B is located adjacent to busy railroad tracks and it is noisy. Earplugs are provided for better sleep but we found we didn’t really need them. A full sit-down breakfast is provided at 9:00 am daily.
5 bones for staff, 1 bone for being filthy
Doubletree by Hilton Cincinnati AirportThis hotel is very dog friendly. There was a large green space right next to the elevator. The staff loved our dog and made him feel welcome. The hotel itself was really dirty. Beds were worn and uncomfortable. Halls and room smelled terribly of mildew. We felt as soon as we walked in that our room was not really clean. We switched rooms after 1 night because our room was so nasty and the shower clogged. We wouldn’t stay here again.
Beautiful, Quiet, Clean
Residence Inn by Marriott Columbus OSUWe and our dog loved this hotel. Rooms are huge with fully equipped kitchen. Large green space for doggy business. Our big dog was welcomed. We will stay here again. There’s a $100 pet fee per stay but they only charge it if the room needs additional cleaning.
