The location was close to eating establishments and there was a sidewalk along a fairly busy street. The hotel had a frig and microwave which made it very convenient. The bathroom was huge and the rooms were a nice size. The hotel is next to the interstate so if you get a room facing the interstate, the noise is loud if you open the windows for a cool breeze. Other than that, the noise level was not noticeable. I didn't eat breakfast so I can't rate that. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would stay there again.

Although this is an older motel, it was clean. There was a large field to the side of the motel. Unfortunately, many people failed to pick up after their dog. Can’t comment on breakfast as we left before it was served. The location was close to several restaurants and fast food places plus easy access to the interstate.

Now that Costco has moved from next door, nearby traffic has been reduced. There is a large green space right by the hotel and next to the river. There is easy access to the freeway. An alternative to the free breakfast (which is limited) is the Denny’s across the street. Since my last stay the hotel has limited access only through the front entrance. You can exit through the sides but cannot re-enter, making it inconvenient for those late night dog trips. Also the hotel seemed a bit more “worn” outside and it was creepy that a guy was sitting in his car with interior lights on at midnight and he was still there at 6am.

This is an older style motel. Having said that, they did a great job locating the dog rooms facing the courtyard with the nice green lawn and beautiful geraniums. This is an easy on/off the interstate. There are two gas stations close by, a Mexican restaurant you can walk to (the food is mediocre), and a great breakfast place (Perkins) attached to the motel if you don’t want to eat the breakfast that comes with your room. Show Perkins your room key and get 10% off. There is a dead end road on one side of the inn if you want to stretch you and your pup’s legs.

I only stayed one night but overall I thought the accommodations were nice. I am dinging them one point for the horrible breakfast selection and the shampoo/conditioner/bath gel products. There ere several small grassy areas to relieve your dog and the parking lot was large enough to get in some exercise. It would have been better if there were no carpets. Poop bags were provided. Several nice restaurants you could walk to (less than a quarter mile distance).

While there is not much to do in Eads, it was a great town to stopover while on the road. There was a big field next to the hotel for my dog to run and a large dirt parking lot next to the paved parking lot if you need a level surface. The staff was very friendly. There was even a Taco Tuesday during my stay. I would definitely stay here with my large dog again. The hotel seems like it was built just a few years ago.

This is a very nice hotel. The reason I subtracted one bone is that they put my dog and me on the fourth floor so it was a bit inconvenient when we had to go outside and there is not much of a dog area. As my dog seems to intimate people on the elevator, for consideration sake, we opt to take the stairs. There is a sidewalk along a fairly busy street by the hotel if you need to walk. The location is great as there are several restaurants at the end of the parking lot; no need to get back into the car (On the Border, Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden).

The room was near an exit on the first floor for easy access to the grassy area. The room did not have carpet but a laminate wood floor, which was cleaner than carpet. A huge grassy pet relief area (with bags provided)plus a connecting hike/bike trail. This hotel had beautiful flowers surrounding it, bikes you could use, free snacks and water, friendly and informative staff. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Nice pet relief area as well as great walking around the lake. There are two reasons I did not give it five bones: 1) although BringFido info says an additional pet fee of $50 was required, prior to leaving I was informed the fee was changed to $150; 2) once I got to the hotel, the pet policy I had to sign says pets could not be larger than 40 pounds (my pet is definitely larger than that); thankfully management didn’t make an issue of it although my dog had to walk in sight of the front desk every time we went outside. Other than that, the location was top notch. The staff was very friendly, parking is plentiful in the garage behind the hotel, restaurants and Whole Foods within walking distance, rooms beautifully appointed, breakfast was great (included made to order omelets), etc.

This was a nice place to stay. While I couldn't exactly say why I feel this way, it seemed the room did not have a clean feel to it. Maybe because my dog was constantly sniffing the floor.

I stayed only one night and had to leave before breakfast so I can't comment on that I can comment on the premise. Great location off the interstate. Plenty of parking with a nice restaurant on the premise where I enjoyed a relaxing dinner. The room was very clean and there were two dog parks on the premise (one for dogs less than 25 pounds and the other for greater). I plan on staying there again in a couple of weeks and would highly recommend it. The lounge is very cozy with a stone fireplace.

The location was great; easy on and off the interstate. The premises were clean with a good place to walk my large dog. A plus was having the Applebee's right on the premise (not having to get back into the car after a long day of driving was a very big plus). I definitely plan on making another stay there in a couple of weeks on my way home.

I stayed here along with my large dog during the fires in 2020. The location was great as there is easy access to the interstate. A gas station and fast food drive through are right next door. This location is away from traffic and has a grassy area for your dog. I plan on staying here again.
