The property and room was clean. The balcony is a nice feature. Good dog-friendly place to stop for a night or two, especially if you're just looking for a place to sleep. I felt safe, even walking my dog alone around the little neighborhood at night. nice dog friendly bar/restaurant right across the street, and less than a 10 minute drive to both the dog friendly beach & several other beaches. Only issue I had was the tv buttons/remote didn't work. I could only turn the tv on or off, but I was only in the room for a few hours so not a huge problem.
