The room was clean, but very small. Like, I mean, barely enough space to walk around the queen sized bed. Small grass area for pup's relief, complete with bags. They charge $50 pet deposit at time of
check-in, but it is refunded after checkout. It costs $9 per day to park in the lot (up front)! I wasn't advised that there was free parking on the street right by the hotel. No goodies, not even a dog bowl, for the fur baby. No microwave! Luckily we spent most of our time out and about.

The rooms are small but clean. Small fridge with microwave. Several small grass areas by the pool with bag dispenser. It is right on the main road but as our room was on the courtyard side we didn't hear any traffic noise. Lots of restaurants in area, some being dog friendly. For the price it's a good overnight place.

We had a good stay. The price was good. Check-in was easy. The room was clean and still offered small amenities, such as shampoo, soap, etc. (for humans, but no amenities for dogs). It's right by the highway, so there is traffic noise. However, it's within walking distance of London Bridge, and close to north entrance of Lake Havasu. We would stay there again.

This is a historical motel, built almost 100 years ago. Although they say it has been updated it doesn't seem like it. The room was tiny! Barely able to maneuver around. This has the potential to be a nice motel with some work.

The price for the room is what attracted me. The staff was friendly. The room was bare bones, nothing extra or fancy. Plus, there was a very unpleasant chemical smell (possibly from cleaning products) that was always present in the room and hallways.
