2 people one spoiled dog

I asked for a mobility room through the app. Second time, they asked, but did you call and make sure it was available? I told them yes. Said they “reassigned“ the room. Not even a sorry. I got a head tilt and a "I don’t know." The hotel is nice, maybe needs a little better cleaning between clients. My dog goes crazy smelling the previous client. Just makes me sad that I may not stay there again because they can’t support my physical needs.

The hotel is under construction, out of date and very dirty. The areas designated for your pet had broken glass, plastic, metal and cigarette butts everywhere. It was definitely not a safe place for my dog. I didn't feel safe either. When opening and closing the door, the whole door frame would move.

They were very friendly. They said hello to all of us, including our dog. Dry nice hotel.

Nice green area for the dog. They just needed to replenish their waste bags. Nice room.
