We actually rented a pontoon from their marina but couldn’t find a spot to review. Our pups first visit on a boat was...... not what we expected. The marina was top notch! However, we didn’t really plan . for rain and 51* in the middle of July. To add to this, he previously was injured and had staples. Out original plan was to catch a lot of fish, enjoy the pontoon, and let our pooch swim. None of these were really fulfilled as the weather stunk. No fault of the Hungry Jack Lodge! They were extremely helpful and accommodating! Love to try them again on a warmer day!

I loved that I got to go into the store with mom and dad. There were a lot of neat things to look at....even a section just for me. The sucky part was that dad had to carry me upstairs to look around. I’m not saying I’m fat but I guess 55 lbs is heavy according to dad. I guess I understand because the more breakable stuff was up there.

We stopped here for lunch while touring Grand Matias. Talk about some yummy fish!!!!!! I tried the herring and hubby tried the walleye. Can’t say enough that this place was super yummy! Pup sat under the table and thoroughly enjoyed the floor snacks.

Upon arrival we were treated so nice.. They treated our pup just like a customer. We were seated near server’s steps and I was worried that our pup might get “too friendly.” They were never annoyed with him being in the way, yet bent down every time to pet our love able pooch. He was able to grab a few snacks from the floor along with some fresh water provided. Great brewery, great visit!

Brought our pup here for our 1st family vacation. Trails we easily accessible for him and he was able to check out the water. I was nervous when we crossed a high bridge and looked over areas with cliffs. He did fine and really enjoyed his visit.

This was the first vacation we have ever taken with our pup. It was a success! The room was nice, but dark. The best part was the jacuzzi tub. It was nice after a chilly day on the lake. Due to covid there was limited breakfast and housekeeping, understandable during this time. There was a nice grassy area with a smoker grill and fire pit....and they provided poop bags. Little spendy for our budget, however, on the cheaper end of what else was available. In all, they do a great job in accommodating families with pets!
