Loki and his family love float trips with Black Dog Rafting. First of all, it was cool that they would take our two year old Dandie Dinmont Terrier. Even though he has all his AKC Citizen titles and goes kayaking with me, you never know what to expect in a new situation. Also, my wife hasn’t been rafting since she was in college. Well, Tyler was a great guide and it was a blast for all. We saw various birds including bald eagles and the views of the mountains were amazing! Loki settled in and even was sitting up high by mid trip. Tyler let us know about rocks or rapids so we could reassure Loki. Tyler really knew the Snake River. Since we couldn’t hike trails in GTNP with our dog, this was great. In fact you might say it was better because we could just relax and enjoy the experience.
