This stay was not typical for La Quinat
La Quinta by Wyndham Phoenix ChandlerThe bath tub had a black ring around it, the bottom of the tub had a 2 inch by 4 inch section of the surface missing. The back of the toilet seat, where it bolts down to the bowl had caked up yellow residue around the edge of the bolt mounts where boys/men or drunks peeing missed the entire bowl and hit the back, but it had not been cleaned for quite some time since it was caked up. Looked like a toilet from a gas station that rarely gets cleaned. The bed was fine and provided a good night of sleep, but for $119, I expected much more.

Very quaint
Saddle West Hotel and Casino and RV ParkThis was a charming, quaint place with a very nice room. We would do it again. I only dropped one bone because of the bathroom needing some maintenance attention to the tub and shower, but other than that, it was a great place.

A little dated and I exptected better than recived
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Las Vegas Red RockThere was good and bad. The good first: it is the most quiet hotel we have stayed in during the past 3 week road trip. Beds were comfortable and it had a small kitchenette with a two burner stove top. It is a little dated, but in a charming way. Everything was spotless and the breakfast bag was great. The bad: maintenance is either not being told when there is a problem or something, but the toilet lid will not stay up (for a man), but it could be adjusted by taking the tank lid off and scooting it back on the rim. That was how it was when I got the room, but I thought it was a mistake and put it back the correct way. But when that is done, then the lid does not stay up. I repeated with the former guest figured out and propped the tank lid up an inch back. Then the shower curtain rod mounts were loose and moved up and down when you pull the curtain. It made the whole curtain sag and not stay closed. Finally, one young lady night clerk copped an attitude after I told her that I'd like to pay for an extra day. I must have interrupted her hip-hop music in her buds, because when I told her that had extended it through BringFido, she huffed and puffed while searching her computer and said it wasn't there. She had my DL in her hand. I spelled my name out for her and asked her to check again because I had just made it. She found it, but the spelling is the same as my DL! Then she started an argument over my use of extended and told me what I actuatlly had was a new reservation. I said, Ok, I've done this dozens of times at LQs, so where is the problem? She shoved the DL and CC back and told me to go to the desk in the morning. I've stayed a lot at LQs and never have had a problem adding day, which I've done often. The morning desk clerk was the opposite, it is like , Sure, we can do that. I already knew they could.

Simply the best in a three week road trip
La Quinta by Wyndham Las Vegas Airport SouthWe had no problems here, none. We actually went to the other side of the valley to be closer to a job site, but we canceled that after just one day and returned to La Quinta Airport South for another whole week. I would recommend it to anyone.
