We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly with our pups, which meant a lot to us. The room was a good size, clean, and thoughtfully prepared with two medium dog beds and food bowls. The best part was that we had a room with a balcony and outdoor terrace, which made the stay even more special. The hotel is located right in front of El Retiro Park, absolutely beautiful and perfect for walking your pup. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff welcomed us and our dogs. There were plenty of grassy areas, but no trash can at the front entrance.

The Hotel was clean, the room was in the first floor, no carpet, which I liked. The front of the hotel has a good grass area, not fenced, but good enough to walk around with the doggies.

My husband and I travel with out two big dogs. There was not problem when we checked-in with our dogs, the room was clean and spacious. No odors or spots in the carpet, not a fan of carpet, but it was clean. No complains about the beds and bathroom. There were two green areas, one on each side of the hotel, both areas were well-maintained.
