Great doggo-friendly hotel
La Quinta by Wyndham Birmingham HooverThe hotel could use a little more sprucing up, and the walls are pretty thin, but overall my dog and I had a nice overnight stay here. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The best part - price was reasonable with NO pet fee.
Excellent!
Tru by Hilton MeridianSUPER friendly staff, professional, knowledgeable and informative. My Dexter got a doggie bag of amenities upon arrival! There was a little bag of treats, a tennis ball toy, and poop bags!! I was given a bag with two bottled waters (much appreciated). The hotel smells SO GOOD and so fresh and clean... my room included. Everything is extremely clean and very modern chic. It's a nice change of pace from most hotels. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel.
It was fine.
Hyatt Place Birmingham HooverThe lady at check-in wasn't very friendly. She didn't let me know anything I might need to know about where my dog can go to the bathroom, dog amenities, etc. The room had stray hairs in various places - in drawers, bathroom floor, on one of the PILLOWS. Fingerprints in various places. The remote had a thick sticky substance on the back of it. The clock was set to the wrong time. Other than ALL THAT it was fine. The bed was comfortable. $75 fee though. Quite hefty.
