Great spot!
Blind Pig Tavern & GrillWe didn't actually bring our dog this first visit. We overheard the person before us ask the hostess about bringing a dog on the patio. He said he saw this place on BringFido! We ate on the patio and were amazed by the large space. They even have a nice area for the dogs. Food was yummy too! We look forward to bringing our dog on our next visit.
Walking easy...
Waterfall Glen Forest PreserveThis trail system is easy for my senior dog. Once you know the paths, it's easy to map out a small hike. This trail system can be a great workout if you completed the full loop. Don't forget to admire the waterfall!
Hiking on levels
Matthiessen State ParkThis is a beautiful park! Very dog friendly (leashed). The only drawback is that there are a ton of stairs. There are ways to get around the stairs, but it's not clearly labeled on their maps. We have an older dog that sits well in a dog backpack carrier. Otherwise we would have had to carry him for some parts of the hike. All in all a great place to spend the day!
A fun time!
Happy Mohawk Canoe LiveryWe took Jax for his first kayak ride....and it was so much fun! The staff were super nice and accommodating for us. It was a great experience for all of us humans and dog!
Dog Friendly!
Ludington Bay Brewing Co.We used the BringFido site to find a dog friendly restaurant. We chose this one based on the reviews and it really was a homerun! Our waitress and the rest of the staff were AH-MAZING! We highly recommend!!!
