Nice restaurant, good food

They were happy to have our dog join us at one of the outdoor tables. The hotel itself is pet friendly as well. The restaurant is very good, and was a nice change from the bulk of the pet friendly restaurants in the area (mostly seafood shacks, breweries and brew pubs). Service was good, not overly attentive. Seafood was excellent. They also have a more casual side to the menu with burgers, pizzas, etc. Mini blueberry pie was great, as was the vanilla ice cream that came with it. The restaurant was very busy for a Tuesday night, so no special treatment for our dog (water, etc.). Suggest going a bit early for an outside table if a busy time of year.

Wonderful spot!

We stopped at JM Gerrish after hiking in Acadia National Park. They were super pet friendly. All tables on the front porch (more than 5) are available to eat with your dog as well as two picnic tables on their lawn. They brought a bowl of water for our dog immediately. They also have a doggy menu. Everyone was super friendly and all greeted our dog so wonderfully. Add to that the awesome food - it was our 5th day in Maine and the lobster roll we had here was the best we had all week. The baked goods and ice cream also sounded awesome, but we did not try those. Highly recommend!!

Very dog friendly

The small outside deck at Fin’s is pet friendly. Food is very good - generous portions. shrimp tacos were delicious and fries are some of my favorite (nice a crispy). They brought a dog bowl with water right away, as well as treats for our dog. One of our favorite stops with our dog.

Very dog friendly

We love that Jimmie & Sooks is super dog friendly. They even have a small doggie menu of nice freshly made meals and snacks. Our meals were very good, my crab cakes were delicious with jumbo lump crab meat and almost no filler. Sides of mashed potatoes and green beans were also good. I really enjoyed my Mojito too! My husband's rockfish entrée was equally delicious. They have two dog friendly outdoor seating areas – sidewalk seating in front, and a private enclosed patio in the back with umbrellas and shade. They have real dog bowls, and will bring out water for the dogs right away. The dog meals are large - almost too big for our large dogs but they each had some and we took the rest to go. Small dog owners be warned!

Good size room, clean and comfortable

Comfort Inn & Suites is clean and comfortable. Suite rooms are large with a refrigerator and microwave (not what I would call a suite but it is a good sized room with a separate seating area). There are grassy areas around the hotel for pet relief. Nice place for a quick stop with your dogs. Right on a busy road so really can't do much walking right around the hotel. Downtown Cambridge is a short drive.

Great location

Snappers sits on the water overlooking a small marina. Back deck is covered with large ceiling fans so pleasant even in the hot weather. The food was very good - I enjoyed my Mahi tacos, large and fish was perfectly cooked. I was not as big a fan of the cole slaw, it was okay. My husband had a crab cake which was also really tasty. Very dog friendly with water bowls supplied readily. Highly recommend.
