Love the 1st floor rooms.

The room was $309 each night before taxes. I was charged $35 a night for my little dog. The rooms needed a lot of updating and musty smelling. It would have to be a “last resort” to stay there again.

I'd stop here again.

Hotel was very good, for Sammy and myself. Lots of green space plus a nice walk on the sidewalk, into the neighborhood. Would go back again.

Awesome, welcoming and plenty of grass. I will stay here again!

Lots of construction and rooms need help too. Only plus was lots of green space, for Sammy, and no people. We had the whole corridor to ourselves.

Comfortable beds, nice room and lots of grass. Restaurants in walking distance, all a plus. Ice machine was out of order and rooms could be updated. Overall it was nice.

Enough green space for a little dog. Sidewalks in the area and we got more exercise! Awesome rooms! I’d go back, no problem.

My experience wasn’t very good. I had to carry my suitcases down a flight of stairs, to get to my room on ground level. The room was ok, but the coffee pot wasn’t all there. I called the office many times and no one answered. I arrive on a Friday around 7 and the only restaurant they had was closed, even though it was supposed to be open until 9. There are no other restaurants in that vicinity. Only two pluses were comfortable beds and we had Lake Havasu right out our door. I will not go there again.

Absolutely LOVED this place! Updated, easy in and out, plenty of green space, plus a fenced in dog area! Very animal and people friendly!! I would highly recommend this hotel/motel.

This hotel was perfect for us. Our little dog, Sammy, doesn’t require a lot of green space or any green space at all. If your dog does, it’s probably not the place for you. Free meal and 3 drinks free from 5:30-7:00 was an extra bonus!! We would stay here again!

The room was nice! However the “dog” rooms are in the back, near the noisy interstate. Plus, a lot of commotion from people back there also.
