Traveling with Golden retriever.

Randomly picked this place as had golden with us. Food and service were EXCELLENT! Great patio. Very dog friendly!

Stopped for an overnight as we were moving from CO to TN with 3 dogs (Great Pyrenees, Golden Retriever and toy Aussie). No weight limit or number of dog limit. Parking lot had room for big trucks and trailer. Seemed like a quiet/safer area. Will know more in the morning if our stuff is still here ;) The only thing was the room initially smelled “musty” and the A/C didn’t really blow very well (but it did work). Check-in was super easy and they were very nice. I recommend.

We usually choose the Drury Inn when passing through Amarillo but it was $40 more plus A $40 pet fee. The Country Inn was literally across the street and was $60 cheaper. Our room was very clean and perfect with our dog along. The parking lot is better protected with a fence so seemed safer. We’d definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Great place for a quick stop!

We’ve stayed a couple times at the Drury Inn in Amarillo with our dog. The folks here are always nice and the rooms are very clean. The fee is reasonable given the many places we have stayed. Rusty gives it 5 bones for sure.

I originally hesitated as this was off the beaten path but really only about a 12 minute drive to Beale Street. Rooms were great with no carpet. Bathroom large and well lit. Pet area was also very well lit and safe behind the hotel away from the street. Cracker Barrel shares the parking lot. They ladies at check-in were so nice and helpful. The hotel is fairly new and very clean. Highly recommend!!

Stayed here last minute based solely on the reviews. Everyone was spot on! friendly folks, easy check-in, plenty of options for food and great places for our dog to wander and even a spot to play ball early in the morning (he’s good off leash and comes to heel the area is not fenced). Small pet fee. Highly recommend!
