Solid hotel for dogs
Courtyard by Marriott Erie BayfrontHotel is very well kept and had no issues allowing us to check in with our dog. Highlight is the outdoor patio at the on-site restaurant that allows dogs and has an incredible view of the bay. Sunset was INCREDIBLE!!! Great location in Erie!
Perfect spot for dogs!
Best Western Plus PlattsburghThe property is a bit dated, but clean and well kept. The ground floor rooms are perfect for dogs. The rooms have a rear exit, a patio area and many have grass directly beyond. Staff are very dog friendly. Nice spot!
Beautiful spot with ample hiking
Beaver Brook Falls WaysideThe falls are absolutely gorgeous!!! You can splash around at the foot of the falls with your pup if it hasn’t stormed in a while. Contrary to the description, there’s quite a few hiking trails. Head south and up to get around to the top of the falls, or just head straight up the sides if you’re feeling up to a steep climb! Great spot!!!
Great spot in downtown Burlington
The Skinny PancakePatio is self serve so bring a friend to stay with Fido while you place your order. It’s a little on the crowded side, but there’s plenty of space if you have a well behaved pooch. Food is exceptional and the beer list is top notch! Free dog park is a short walk to the north on the water if you want to wear your pup out before you eat. Great spot all around!
Nice Biergarten!!!!
Stormcloud Brewing CompanyA previous review from 2019 said they were only four tables that were dog friendly, but there is a very large area next to those with another six tables and some garden areas that are also dog friendly.. Staff are very friendly and the beer is great! Great downtown location.
Nice hotel, AWESOME location
Park Place HotelThe Park Place is a nice hotel. Walking in, you get the feeling that it was once a very grand place. It's a l little dated now, but the lobby area is still elegant. We were told that all dog friendly rooms are on the 2nd floor in the west wing. No lake view from there, if that's what you're after. We stayed in 216, which is a "Deluxe Queen" room that includes a balcony. Everything felt a little dated (like the lobby), but was very clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and made no comment about our dog being "a little" over the 40 lb specification (she's actually a little over 50 lbs).
What's really awesome about this hotel is the location. Staying here, you're within a short walk of all the downtown attractions! Can't beat the convenience! No need to drive in/out and no concerns about parking! There are lots of dog friendly places to visit in downtown TC, though be prepared for everything to close around 10 pm. Definitely not a late-night nightlife kind of place! One thing to note is that Google Maps will take you to the back of the hotel. While there is an entrance there, it's blocked off. Use the 300 E State St. address instead and you'll land in the right spot. Overall, great place to stay in TC!
Incredible views!!!
Chateau Chantal WineryGreat views from both sides of the building. Only dog friendly on the west side, though. Nice grass area to sit, as well as a patio. No dog water available when we visited, but we didn’t ask. Staff was friendly and the wines were remarkably good!!!
Great Brewpub in a perfect location!
Fresh Coast Beer WorksDog friendly patio out back with easy access from the north side of the building. Awesome staff and some of the best locally brewed beer in the area! great place to bring Fido!
Awesome Breakfast Spot
BrewSmall patio on the street. Staff are super nice and extremely dog friendly. Will likely give your dog a “puppuccino” if you let them. Limited food menu, but delicious hot breakfast and lunch options . . . and awesome coffee!!!
Off-Season Visit
The Workshop Brewing CompanyStopped by on an October Tuesday evening to have a beer. Large outdoor seating area, part of it covered (no heaters, though). Staff was extremely dog friendly, even allowing inside the building to listen to the live Irish music (no food, so apparently that’s ok with the local laws). Top it all off, great beer! Definitely a highlight of our TC trip!
