Clean rooms. Large outside grassy area for the doggies to play and/or relieve themselves. Didn’t use the restaurant but it looks nice. A few minutes drive away is Happy Trails dog park.

Huge fenced in grass field the size of 1-2 football fields. Enough wide open area for the doggie to stretch their legs, quite a few trees for shade and benches to relax. Friendly dog and humans. No water source.

Staff (night and day shift) was very rude and gave off a vibe they rather be somewhere else. Room we booked wasn’t available and was downgraded without a refund. Doors to the room and bathroom required super human strength to open. Restaurant food was overpriced and came out cold. There was a big grassy field for the doggie. Go somewhere else if you can.

Spacious room. Walk the doggy next door at Penn treaty. Don’t get a room on the 4th floor as the basketball court may be right above you. Free breakfast consists of, cereal, packaged pastry/bagels and hot breakfast sandwiches.

Rooms were old and dirty. We spilled some water on the floor and used a towel to wipe it up only to have the towel be all black from the dirty floor. The A/C didn’t work. Refrigerator was wobbling on 3 legs. The bathroom was very cramp and gets stuffy after a few minutes of a hot shower. There is a grassy field outside for the doggie. We didn’t try the free breakfast as we just wanted to leave.

Nice place to be a human. Steps away from the beach and a few minutes walk to a large dog park. There’s supposedly grass area on the premises for the dogs to take care of business, but we never figured out or saw such a place.

Very clean and comfortable. Really nice included breakfast. Big open grass fields surround the hotel for the doggie to stretch their legs and take care of business. Good price and on the outskirts of the Keys.

Rooms are comfy. Excellent free breakfast. Across the street are grass and greenway for the doggies. A few minutes from old city and waterfront. Staff super nice and helpful.

Room was average. Do not expect anything from the free breakfast. You’re paying the hefty price for proximity to the beach -- about a 2 minute walk away.

Charged $10 pet fee, which is less than most places. Not sure if we had a room designated for pets, but it had a little musty smell. Breakfast included with the usual waffle/eggs/cereal/bread and juices. There’s nice grass behind/beside the hotel with a disposal canister and bags.

Our room wasn't very clean. The main light flickered when on. The one extra roll of toilet paper had a brown stain soaked through on half the roll. The coffee sugar packets were open with half the packets missing. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The continental ,breakfast was a few slices of bread, a few small yogurts and two cereals from a bin. Explains why no one was eating.
