Located near the edge of town and highly recommended to us by a local, this is an excellent food stand. The halibut fish and chips and steak fries were wonderful and very reasonably priced. This place does primarily take-away orders, but there are about four tables on site and several benches, all dog-friendly. I highly recommend Tunny's.
Missoula has become (7/2026) a canine wasteland. A new county ordinance apparently prohibits dogs from outdoor seating at most restaurants, breweries and tap rooms. Thank goodness for Iron Horse. Still dog-friendly on the front patio with about a dozen tables, most shaded. The service was prompt. They happily brought water for my dog. The menu was extensive. The food was good,as was the beer. Without Iron Horse, we would have had to do take-away or starve in Missoula County.

Great Falls does not have that many restaurants with seating outdoors, much less ones that are dog-friendly. Tracy's was a wonderful find. The service was friendly and efficient. The server brought water for my dog without my having to ask. The food portions were very large and the prices, quite reasonable. We ate most of our meals at Tracy's while we were in town, breakfasts and dinner.

Yes, dogs allowed inside! Low-key tap room. Excellent selection of beers of different styles. Very friendly service.

This is a relatively small Italian Cafe. The Caprese Salad, Pasta and Tira Misu were all excellent, top notch, as was the service. The dog-friendly seating is limited to two sidewalk tables, but that was perfectly fine. The staff was still very attentive and brought water for my dog.
