Beachside DinerHostess didn't bat an eye at me approaching with two medium sized hounds. We got there early midweek to avoid crowds. Spacious patio seating; pups were served a bowl of ice water without even asking. Waitress also kindly offered two addt'l bowls for the dog's scrambled egg order. Portions are hearty.
Update: *CLOSED DURING MONTH OF AUG 2022*
Pineapple Jacks BistroA block away from the intracoastal in the walkable, artsy, quaint downtown Jensen Beach. Pineapple Jacks has always been welcoming to my 55 lb canine companion, offering a bowl of ice cold water and cooing compliments. Try the weekend brunch...bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys!
Berry dog friendly
Berry Fresh CafeOutdoor covered patio welcoming to dogs (even had a dog sundae on the menu this month!). Unfortunately, the patio is really cramped and usually quite warm, so if your dog is bigger than a shih tzu, your fur baby may have a hard time finding a place to be comfortable and out of the way.
Sea breezes, cold beers, and hot food!
The HoffmannCan't beat the view. Relaxing, casual, tiny waterfront hideaway restaurant with primarily outdoor seating. Palm trees help create shade and barrier from busy Indian River Drive. Staff treats my dog well, always bringing a bowl of ice cold water...and there are a couple items on the menu for dogs. Humans must try the jagerschnitzel--that sauce is so delicious!
Two paws up!
West End GrillCasual eatery with outdoor, umbrella covered seating. Fairly extensive menu choices considering the size of the restaurant. Consistent staff, with some working here over 15 years. Always super friendly and accommodating to my goofy hound. We have made this a regular weekend lunch outing!
Located at SouthWest end of the Roosevelt Bridge
Lola's Seafood EateryCasual seafood eatery with small, dog friendly covered patio out front. Staff have always been welcoming and offer H20 for my pup. Location is loud, with lots of traffic racing by on US1 but there is a nice little waterfront park with a walking trail (and abundance of squirrels!) just southwest of Lola's that makes the trip worthwhile for all.
Dogs welcomed
Spiro's TavernaWait staff has offered bowl of cool water at every visit, without having to ask. There are only two outdoor tables, so if you're bringing your dog with you have a back up plan or be prepared to wait to be seated during peak times. Try the Greek salad with grilled shrimp...it keeps us coming back!
