Love this place. Very clean with friendly staff and nice trail around little pond when not snowing. Firebirds restaurant has good takeout.

Find another hotel. This place does not match the quality of other Homewood Suites. The “grassy area” I was told about at check-in is now a field of rocks. The parking lot is sketchy at best. The room and common areas are dirty and worn out. Appears only one employee on duty as we waited 10 min for someone to show up at the front desk.

I have stayed at The Graduate for years on my way through Lincoln, but this is my new go-to. Nicer area than downtown with safe/good dog walking places, easy parking, restaurant/coffee shop and bar on-premises, so everything we need for a short stay. Friendly staff, clean and well-appointed rooms. Even ice on each floor to fill our Farmer's Dog cooler. I really liked this place and will be back. Reasonable dog fee of $50.

Great location. Newer, clean hotel with easy first floor rooms. Park across the street. Good breakfast. Great kitchenette makes it easier with fresh dog food. In the heart of shops, bars, eats. We went to Pizzicletta - nice patio for the dog, great simple pizza, wine, gelato. Great visit.

the biscuits! Great food (we had salads) and much easier to park here than the main tourist areas by the square. Local charm and friendly staff!
