Two Cracked Eggs CafeGreat breakfast/lunch spot overlooking the river. Dogs can sit inside as long as the table is against a wall. Yummy Chicken N waffle and their biscuits are huge! Yummy omelets too

Lots to choose from
Phil's Casual DiningPhil’s has a pet friendly patio on the side and when we visited it was under a tent which helped with the cool wind off the bay. They have a big menu which includes a few Greek dishes.

Not pet friendly
The Dock Grill and BarWe stopped by in July 2023 for Taco Tuesday and the hostess said Dogs were not allowed on the patio. very disappointing!

Huge Paw Park
Paw ParkI’ve never been to such a large off-leash dog park, complete with small hills to run up and down. The City sells a $15 annual pass(at City Hall) or you can pay a requested $2 daily visit fee you insert st the site. There are picnic tables outside and in a covered shelter. Nice water fountain for thirsty dogs.

Great value
Econo Lodge WalterboroVery clean, no carpeted floors. Beds and pillows comfortable. They charged $7 cash upon arrival for our fur baby. No weight limit. Best dog walking area is in the front by the office. Also, lots of grass along the back of the building - much better than by the parking lot. Didn’t stay for breakfast. Would stay again for the value.

Very Pet friendly patio
The River RestaurantThe restaurant has lots of patio space and doggies are welcome. Great selection of drinks, salads, sandwiches, wraps, burgers and main entrees. beautiful view on the river.

Great food, service, and food
Rebecca's RestaurantRebecca’s has a dog friendly patio which has a great view of Mahone Bay. check out their daily specials or enjoy their locally sourced food. We enjoyed fresh mussels, scallops and lobster Mac. all delicious! The dessert was equally scrumptious - homemade coconut and lime cheesecake. The servers were friendly, prompt, and worked as a great team. I would go back if we could, but we were only in town for a day
PS reservations are accepted for dining after 5 PM. I highly suggest you make reservations if you plan to dine in the evening.
