Sometime in the last few months, they have changed the policy and they are no longer dog-friendly. Neither the upstairs restaurant nor the downstairs outside patio allow dogs.

We used to bring our pup here and sit and watch the music, unfortunately, I just found out they no longer allow dogs on the property. Not even at the picnic tables. Disappointed. We drove out here from Beachside to meet with friends for lunch and hadn’t realized they changed their policy. 😕

we had a nice casual dinner on the patio. I had the sirloin and my husband had one of the platters (ribs, fried shrimp, corn ribs and fries). Food was tasty and our server, Shelby was very nice and attentive. They were very accommodating with Joey, our Aussiedoodle. A little expensive in my book; 31.00 for a 7oz sirloin, but it was cooked nicely and very tasty. I would go back!

At R Wine Bar & Kitchen — WOW!!! We had an amazing meal!!! He has the Tuscan Pasta (sans kale!). I had the Berkshire Pork Chop with Apple cinnamon compote. Two glasses of Seghesio Zin made the meal!! Autumn was our server… 7th generation South Dakotan! She was awesome!

Hubby had the seafood chowder and fried perch sandwich special. I had the Prime Rib dip! both were excellent!! he did say the cole Slaw and potato salad had too much celery seed but otherwise the food was awesome!! Our Joey (Aussiedoodle) was welcome in the dining room and all the workers came by to say hi to him! Definitely would go back!!! ❤️
