I'd recommend you try somewhere else.

The room was dirty and quite shabby. It looks like the hotel isn't really being looked after. The staff person at the desk was quite nice and cancelled my reservation without any hesitation.

Good Hotel

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Harrisburg Northeast (Hershey) PA

Nice room but probably a case of you get what you pay for. Not the cheapest but clean and fresh.
