We’re traveling back home to Florida always love La Quinta Inns. We booked it online. When we arrived. at 6 pm we had to pay $100 deposit after I just paid $125.01 online. Never has anyone asked for a deposit at La Quinta before! One of the beds looked like it was already slept in, sheets were old, worn out bad & the pillows were crunchy. Replace sheets & pillows, things wear out! The sink was clogged & a big piece of soap was down in bathtub drain stuck so, if I could see it, I’m pretty sure housekeeper did also. Plus there was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner (they were waiting for the shipment). Go buy some til u get some in! The A/C was so loud .. I turned it off bout 3 am & I could hear the one next door room like it was in our room! Will still stay at La Quinta but never that one again not in Chesterfield. You gotta b a little picky & this one failed completely!! Plus I picked up phone & cord fell out wasn’t even working at all. Good parking and easy access to hotel! That’s the only thing that was good.
