Spacious and clean
Walton County Dog Parkwould recommend this park to anyone traveling to Walton County. this park is east to get to, concern isn’t off 98, and spacious. The park is used by a lot of local folks and is kept up nicely. lots of nice dogs frequent this park. please remember to pick up after your dog so visitors don’t step in your dogs poop.

Terrible shape and no water
Oxbow Support Facility Dog Parkstopped here on Saturday during our travels and the park was in terrible shape. grass wasn’t mowed and no water available. in the small dog section there was a pile of tree limbs that look to have been there for some time. I doubt this park has been touched my maintenance in months. also, there are water fountains but the water was turned off. don’t waste your time with this one if you can help it.

Large Park
Landrum Community Dog Parkclean park big enough to give your pups space to run and stretch heir legs. there is water available and a small pool to allow the dogs to cool off on hot days. one plus: this park is right behind a cute market which allows you to grab a pizza and hang with ur pup before or after they enjoy the park.

Nice park
Plumb Creek Dog Parklarge fenced in area for plenty of room to give your pups to run and play. only issue is I wouldnt recommend you take your dog during a wet period. the parks and Rec tried to fix the water issue however whatever was done made things worse for the entrance of the park during rainy periods. if the weather is dry, this is a great place to go.

Nice Saturday Visit
Dog Park at Azalea Parktook my two mini Australian shepherds here on a nice 78 degree Saturday. this is a large fenced in park for the bigger dogs that has mostly gravel/dirt/some grass. minimum shade at this park and there was no water left in the cooler for the dogs to drink. lots of dogs in both the big and small areas. very friendly folks were here today which made it a pleasant visit. just one recommendation is to bring lots of water for your pooch since they lock the cooler and don’t refill on busy days and if it’s hot, your pups are going to be steamy after their visit.
