1 pomeranian

I am stunned by this one for an Aloft. There was some, sort of tournament going on, but the staff should have been prepared, it was chaos. There were kids running around the lobby and between floors, totally loud and unsupervised (I have to sign to say my dog won't bother anyone, but I guess children don't have to abide by the same rules).
We were on the third floor, right behind the location of the pool. The noise from people partying was really bad, After 12 hours driving, we were just waiting until 10:00 when the pool "closed". They did get out of the pool, but there is a sitting area where 10+ people just sat, had drinks and continued the party.
I was going to call down to the lobby to have the staff respond to the noise, but NO PHONE in the room. I went down to the desk to have someone ask the partiers (all adults - kids were unsupervised in the lobby) to try to keep it quiet. I don't know if they actually did anything. I asked about the phone and was told (the rooms are being worked on and they have not installed the phones in the units.) I am not sure that is even legal?? What if there is an emergency - 911?
The staff did nothing about the noise and we waited another couple of hours, but when it was after 12 am, that we had to look up the number on our cell phones and asked again if they could quiet it down. Gradually they quieted down. I stay at Aloft hotels a lot and lately they seem to be going downhill. I will never stay at this Aloft again!

This hotel is straight out of a movie or Vegas. I could not believe it for the price. Right next door to the Anchor Bar - where the wing craze all started. Unfortunately we only stayed the night, I would have loved to have stayed a week. Beautifully decorated and an amazing whirlpool tub. Will be back, it is worth staying at even if you have to drive out of your route. Fortunately it is right off the I-90, so convenient.

The floor was filthy and the room not much better. It was a horrible experience. The greeter was so confused with the prior person who paid cash, and had a hard time with our check-in. The sign-in pad didn’t work, and they wouldn't take my Wyndham rewards number. I would not recommend.

We arrived and were assigned a room in a block of rooms at the back of the property. The keys did not work and the the door was in bad shape, door handle/lock was pulling away from the door. We went to the office and requested a new room in the courtyard (all rooms there were new/remodeled). We were told that "these rooms" were all hypoallergenic and could not house an animal. We have a Pomeranian which does not shed. Grudgingly accepted a room, again, at the back of the building which had only one car in the back parking lot. We expressed our concern as our new truck was packed with our belongings and we were afraid that being in a lot, with only one other car, facing a field, would not be visible for security purposes. We were then told that that sort of thing does not happen here?
While walking around we saw a couple with a big dog going into one of the courtyard rooms (thought they were hypoallergenic)? The room was OK and was clean but old. The receptionist (man) was not friendly or helpful. I will not be staying there again and I definitely do not recommend this place if you have an animal. Not sure if room assignment was due to boking through BringFido.

Cons: Very old. The Room had an unpleasant odor. Was not the cleanest. Pros : Had a great coffee machine that brewed an assortment of drinks and a nice pancake machine. Nice kitchenette. Unfortunately the smell and lack of cleanliness were too much to overlook. I will not be staying here again.

This place was beyond horrible. I booked a non-smoking king bed. The room they placed me in reeked of stale cigarette smoke. I complained to the front desk telling them that I could not stay in that room, that I had booked a non-smoking room. He told me that the only other option was two twin beds, but the other guy at the desk told him there was the handicap room that was available so they put us there. What a dump. It reminded me of something I would expect from a cheap motel. I will never stay at any Days Inn ever again, that just was an experience I would never want to repeat.

Clean, very pet friendly and were very serious about sanitizing touchable areas after every guest because of COVID (even pens)

All I can say is wow... I have stayed at a lot of La Quinta Inns and most all are really good except this one - pictures look great, lobby looks great, but the room was a disaster. The carpet had obviously been soiled on many times and smelled foul - really bad, if we hadn't just driven 13 hours we would have looked elsewhere. Windows were filthy, It looks like there is a newly renovated side of the building with numerous rooms, but it seems that all the dogs were on our floor - don't know if they didn't want dogs in their newly renovated suites. Even though almost every room had a dog, there was hardly any noise which was a big plus when you're tired. I would definitely not go back and would not recommend.
