Not quite “A OK” 🙁

Definitely could use some degreaser and fresh paint. Didn’t expect brand new fixtures, however mismatched knobs on the sink, very worn toilet seat, loose outlets (tv cord fell out), damaged doors & frames are all a bit much. Stains on the sheets, blankets, chairs, doors & frames. Asked for nonsmoking room, guess what we got? Yep, smoking room with ashtray included and smoke detector removed. We’ve stayed in many old motels over the years with nice, clean, well maintained appearance. Definitely disappointed with this one. Only upside is small town with no obvious signs of troublemakers in the area. Nice older neighborhood right behind with a large open grass lot between.
