Excellent Food and Dog Friendly Spot!

Le Perche

We didn't know how dog friendly they were! We left our dogs at home because their outdoor area in the back was closed since they were putting a canopy over it.
While waiting for our food a man came in with his dog. We thought it was a therapy dog, but it didn't have a vest on. So we asked the staff and they said exuberantly, oh yes we allow dogs inside, we love dogs here!
Can't wait to go back for the home made ham and cheese croissants and to bring our dogs with!

Great spot, rain or shine

feast & floret

They have 4 tables set up outside in the front of their restaurant under a covered awning and they also have plenty of heaters and protection from wind.
We brought our 2 dogs to eat one evening in February and we were all cozy. The staff was all very pet friendly and offered to bring a bowl of water.
We all had a great night out!
I would highly recommend for a delicious meal and a nice evening out with your doggies! Note: they do have small portions so order a separate dish for your pooch if you plan on sharing!

Beautiful setting

SailFish Marina

We brought our 2 dogs here on our road trip to West Palm Beach. The resort is a beautiful setting on the marina and the staff was all super friendly.

Negatives:
The 3 bone rating reflects the food being not so great. We were going to order the skirt steak but the waiter didn't recommend it (we thanked him very much for letting us know it would be chewy). We ordered some mahi appetizers and one came so heavily battered and fried it was not good. The other one, mahi-tacos were just okay, the fish was not very tasty. The salad was okay, fresh veggies, but too much dressing.
Also a bone knocked off because there are cats lurking in the area and will come by to taunt your dog. Our one dog is on a mission to catch a cat, so 3 separate times it strolled by and he began barking like mad and had to be restrained, luckily I was holding his leash tight the whole dinner. It's not the fault of the restaurant but it is the setting you'll be in when dining here.

Positives:
The umbrellas are huge so you get plenty of shade and protection from rain. There was a guy playing music which was a nice touch and you're right on the marina so it's a perfect setting to watch the sunset. Lots of outdoors tables and they're spaced out. Despite being short staffed they were all very friendly and we got our food and drinks promptly. Despite the negatives, I would go back just because of the setting, and bring lots of treats to distract my dog from the cat!

Excellent Visit

Marche Burette Deli

We stopped in for breakfast with our 2 dogs. They have plenty of seating, many in the shade and some with umbrellas. The food was delicious and reasonably priced as well! Service was great too!
We took our dogs on a nice long walk around the Omni grounds afterwards including taking a walk into the hotel lobby.... a must see! The hotel grounds have a lot of shaded trails so it was great with this hot florida sun and our 2 black dogs. Highly recommend!!!

Enjoyed our stay

Hampton Inn & Suites Largo

We had room 303 which was huge! Almost too big but we're usually tripping over dog beds, so this was a nice change. The staff was all very nice, helpful and dog friendly. The room was quiet and the beds (human beds) were very comfortable. We take the stairs, instead of the elevator and they were easy to get to and get outside to the potty areas without running into a bunch of people (my 1 dog doesn't like strangers). The room was clean but it could use a deep cleaning around the TV and face of the cabinets at the sink. The rest of the room was clean and because the staff was so nice I'll leave the 5 bone rating.
There's plenty of grass around the property. There's also a great big park right across the street, Largo Central Park, where I walked our dogs every morning.

Lots of shade and friendly staff

Bice Ristorante

Note: the main entrance is on Peruvian Avenue but you can enter through what I would consider the rear on Worth Avenue, just go through the breezeway.

Pros: There was plenty of outdoor seating and lots of shade when we were there at 11:30am. There is a breezeway with about 5 tables then there's a whole courtyard area at the back of the restaurant with more tables. The staff was friendly and offered metal to-go container for water but we bring our own bowl.

My husband's salad was really good, he got the chicken Insalata Mista. My shrimp were really good on my salad.

Cons:
The food was just average and it was expensive. We ordered the eggplant appetizer and it came out just above warm in the center, it was topped with a pretty basil leaf which looked like it was soaked in oil (maybe it prevents it from browning with the heat of the eggplant), but the basil had no flavor which was odd. My Caesar salad was dressed with what seemed like store bought salad dressing, it was heavy and had way too much on it. I wouldn't recommend that.

It's hard to rate dog friendly dining on just their food, I would give 3 bones if I was only rating their food. But the fact that they take dogs and they have shade, water & friendly staff makes up for the food.
