Nice place

Candlewood Suites Eagan Arpt South - Mall Area an IHG Hotel

We stayed there 2 nights. Was very clean and friendly staff. Rooms were nice size and very clean. The only downfall is we were not put on bottom floor. We were on 2nd floor harder to let dog out. I asked for bottom floor.

Not a bad stay

Motel 57

The only downfall was the rooms were really small. Had a grassy area for dogs. No poop bags or a garbage to dispose of it. Nice thing is you have your own door for easy in and out.

Nice stay

Holiday Acres Resort

Stayed 2 nights. The room was a nice size and a patio door going out was easy to potty your dog. Large poppy area and large area to walk your dog. No poop bags available but did have a garbage can. Restaurant on grounds but way over priced and very very busy. The 2 downfalls were the rooms were not carpeted so for older dog it might be slippery. The other is the gift shop does not allow dogs. Does not have a signup at the door, so the lady yelled at us that we can't have a dog in there. We would return to get another try.

Nice Resort

Metropolis Resort

The resort is really clean. Staff was very friendly. Nice you can order food and take to your room right at resort. Was nice to be on the first floor, so easy to let your dog potty. Nice area to potty your dog. The only 2 downfalls I have is I told two different ladies at front desk that they are out of poop bags by the one door and they never got filled for the 3 days we were there. The other thing wasn't their fault. Friday evening very loud adults and kids were in hall late at night. Was a good stay. We would return most likely during a week.

Not the best

Gundersen Hotel & Suites

The hotel is nice and clean, but that's about the only good thing. I would not say its the best pet friendly. All pets are put on the 2nd floor which is hard for outing. Nothing for picking up or disposing. The breakfast was to go till 10am we got down there at 9:15 and they were starting to clean up with nothing left but some bagels. We sat on the outer edge of the breakfast area with only 1 other couple back further. The guy said oh what a pretty dog you have. Then 10 minutes later a lady comes with a dog and has to walk super close not once but twice and the dogs react. Well 2 seconds later the lady from the front desk goes tells the guy to make us leave. To me this was not at all pet friendly.

Great place

Hiawatha Lodge Inn

We stayed 2 nights with our Great Dane. Very friendly people. Nice there is a restaurant next door to eat outside with our pup. Room and grounds was clean. Nice area for pup relief with bags and garbage can provided. Will be back.

Great Place

Beach Harbor Resort

Was very friendly and dog friendly place. Can go right on the beach with your dog. Nice restaurant right there and can take your dog with you. Perfect place to take a vacation with your dog.
