Hotel would not refund.

Rooms were pretty, staff was great and restaurant was exceptional!

Hotel was awesome. Beautiful, large rooms with a killer bathroom. Parking was a deal breaker. It's across the street but doors were locked an Saturday afternoon and had to find my way with suitcase and dog in tow. Getting back to car Sunday morning was worse. They sent me up the corkscrew drive praying there were no cars as it was only one tight lane. Again, suitcase and dog in tow. Then charges me $28 for the experience. Sorry Hyatt. loved you, but the parking killed it.
