Clean room, nice employees. Nothing special for pups but he received love from the front desk. Grass around hotel for pups to use. No pet fee for staying one night.

Had a nice experience. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Paid attention to my dog. Free ice cream in the evening.

HI express in Burlington, NC has the best staff. They were ALL very friendly. Many even remembered my pup from previous stays. Made me feel good. They don’t offer anything special for your pet. But they do give out pats and attention to my dog, which he loves! They are going through a renovation right now. Can’t wait to see the new rooms! Breakfast offered. Could use some upgrading with that but the basics are there.
