We stayed here in mid-June, after a rainy, overcast afternoon. It does accept dogs - up to 50 pounds, contrary to the listing. You get a peek at the ocean from the balcony and the sliding doors keep it pretty quiet. It’s reasonably priced and reasonably clean, and the beds were ok. However, the pet relief areas are overgrown, with grass knee-high or more. No obvious place to put the waste.
