Worst hotel
La Quinta by Wyndham Nashville FranklinChecked in driving back from Florida to Chicago. Did allow dog, which was only plus. Elevator tiles were all broken and missing. The elevator certificate was 1.5 years overdue. Our room was in the 3rd floor. Looked like people are living there full-time; cooking curry with their door open at 10pm. Ice machine missing on third floor. Ice machine broken on first floor. Second floor Ice machine worked. Had to open our door at 12:30am and yell at one of the full-time residents who was walking up and down the hallway taking on her cell phone on speaker. So-called "gym" had a 15 year old treadmill and a 10 year old elliptical and no weights or towels. The extremely small grassy area of front had so many piles feces that the dog couldn't go onto the grass. Would have asked for a refund and moved if anything was available, but all dog hotels were booked.
Amazing tuna app, tuna tacos, staff and ocean view!
Break AwayzStop for a late lunch on a Tuesday after a day at Flagler beach with the dog! Staff immediately got us a table and water bowl. Tuna app and tuna tacos were the best in Daytona area! Staff was amazing!!
A little disappointing
Extended Stay America Suites Atlanta MorrowStaff was extremely nice and got us checked on quickly. Facility isn't set up for dogs. There isn't a dog area (fenced) and there isn't a single outside garbage can to throw out poo bags (I might have been first to clean up after dog). I left the room twice with our dog. First opened the door to 125 pit bull with owner holding collar (no leash). Second was in AM to let our ESA dog out, and another let her dog out no lease or collar, just holding his scruff. Disappointing because hotel had good ratings.
Always amazing!
High Tides @ Snack JackWe ate at High Tides for the second time this year, first with the dog. You must valet your car, which is convenient since the lot is small (restaurant patrons only - valets work off tips). They welcomed us in with the dog. Let us pick a table out on the patio. And brought the dog a bowl of water immediately. There were other well behaved dog families there after awhile. I had jerked shrimp tacos and wife had flounder sandwich. Both were A+. Will return again.
Great service!!
Oceanside Beach Bar and GrillWe showed up at 1pm on a Friday. They were busy and it was raining. I ran up to see if the dog was ok. They said absolutely. They immediately got us a table on the covered side patio. A few other tables with well behaved dogs came after awhile. Staff was awesome!! And the lobster rolls was amazing!!! Will definitely return and recommend to everyone!!?
