
Hotel and location were great. Staff were polite and breakfast was more than adequate. My complaint is that we booked a two room king suite with wet bar through the app at a very reasonable (probably too reasonable) rate and when we arrived we were given a regular king room. I did inquire at the front desk but was told it would be an additional $300 for the upgrade to a king suite. I tried to explain that that is what I booked and even showed them the confirmation that says “2 rooms” but they were not budging. I decided it was not worth the fight and we had a pleasant stay in the regular king room. My advice would be to call to confirm before arriving and being disappointed.

We booked our room online, but when we checked in, that room was unavailable. The receptionist (Chloe) was awesome in finding another room that worked for our family. Great rooms, very comfortable beds, big variety for breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!

Comfortable, roomy, nice staff, decent breakfast. Great pricing. Loud hallways with sound carrying through thin walls.

Comfortable beds and pillows and decent sized room, but very old with bathroom doors that stick and loud hallways. Curtains in the room let in a ton of light, so we were up a lot earlier than planned. Breakfast was very good. No Covid guidelines followed anywhere except a couple hand sanitizers out. Prices were much higher than they should be for this hotel.

We arrived at the end of a major storm that caused a power outage throughout the hotel. The staff—from Jack at check-in to Andrew at check-out, and everyone in between, were exceptionally kind, gracious, and helpful. They dealt with a lot of customers (many who were very unhappy) with so much care and grace. The staff had arranged flashlights in hallways, stairways had fluorescent paint on the stairs and railings for safety, and staff had arranged as good a continental breakfast as they could without electricity. When we tried to pay our bill when checking out, we were told it was waived. Excellent customer service during a very difficult situation!!!

Clean hotel with great customer service (especially Crystal at check-in). Dinner and breakfast were great additions to the stay, and staff in the dining area were very attentive. Refrigerator in our room never got cold enough (and was small), and we would have appreciated extra pillows and blankets in the room.

Very nice staff, clean and large room. Good breakfast (considering Covid), nice walking path around the hotel, walking distance to many stores and restaurants.

Clean and large rooms, very nice staff, good pool. Ice machine not working 100%, soap/shampoo dispenser case kept falling down when pressed, very heavy bathroom barn door that was cumbersome and not very private (no lock and slit on the side where you can see in).

Clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms with a nice kitchen. Air conditioning not working well. Would have liked free breakfast, like most other comparable hotels. Friendly staff, decent area for pets to go.
