Check your bill!
Canopy by Hilton Charlotte SouthParkStayed March 5th and booked with the BringFido app. The hotel is lovely and the food good. Received a copy of our bill via email and we were charged $223.59 for the night. The total according to BringFido should have been $201.53. I spoke with Tyler on March 6 when we got home and he advised me we would be credited for the error. It is now March 21st and no credit. Surprise, surprise!. We used two other hotels on our trip without any “funny business.“ We had room service for dinner and breakfast. We tipped on our own; on the bill the hotel added their own “tip amount” on top of what we had already given! I brought this to Tyler’s attention and expressed our dissatisfaction. The “over tip” was also to be credited back to us. Surprise! Surprise! No credit. CHECK YOUR BILL WITH THIS HOTEL!!! BE AWARE! Parking is valet only $15 a day. There is NO other parking available (we were aware ahead of time). Would give ZERO bones if the app would take it

Nice, convenient
Aloft Jacksonville AirportVery clean modern. Good location plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Shower has no place for your own products. Complimentary tea and coffee. Everything else (including breakfast) is at cost.

Worked perfectly!
La Quinta by Wyndham MorgantownClean comfortable great location. Used the app to reserve room half hour before we needed it. Went smoothly, no problems. Very convenient. Highly recommend staying here.

Clean quiet
Wingate by Wyndham Youngstown - AustintownHotel was clean quiet safe conveniently located. In need of major updating, especially carpets. Worked well for a two night stay.
