Great food, great service. We ate both dinner and breakfast here and we're happy with both.

Travel to Tucumcari and back to the 1960s. Use your actual room key to open the door and be greeted by 1960s radio (Bing Crosby, Dean Martin and vintage advertisements). There's a nice dog yard, evenings around the fire pit and an extremely comfortable mid-century decorated room. Our dog received a personalized note and a bag of treats. Dave, the proprietor, was an amiable host. Looking forward to our next visit.

They had a fire in the kitchen summer 2025 and are temporarily closed đ©

Pecos Flavors is a gem. Very dog-friendly (our corgi was able to dine inside at our table), great food and New Mexico wines and beers that were very good. The serving staff and management was attentive and excellent (and they loved our dog). Knowing that this place is here makes me want to visit Roswell again.

The burgers and hot dogs were delicious! The only downside was the Hawaiian rolls used as buns fell apart when trying to eat the hot dog. Aaannnddd, they had tater tots, a huge plus in my book!

A slow start (no hostess to seat guests, had to ask for water for our dog), but the food was great! Chicken Mole Poblano, Enchiladas Veduras and made-at-the-table guacamole. It's a bit out of town, but worth the trip.
