We LOVE Turkey Run! Trail 3 is my favorite but I always worry about the ladders when I bring Ruby on trail 3. We do have a doggie backpack carrier and have used it for the ladders on trail 3 but it’s a hassle. So if you still want to see the beautiful canyons of trail 3 but want to forgo the backpack, trail 5 connects to trail 3 at the ladders which is a perfect trail for dogs! Just keep in mind on trail 3 that your and your dog’s paws will get wet , but it’s totally worth it 🐾 Happy hiking!
