We totally enjoyed our stay @ 1620. The hotel is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool and water park are perfect for kids and families. Location could not be better. Great stay!

This place was terrible. Man in office was rude. Non-Smoking room reeked of smoke. Holes in walls and shower, peeling paint. I had to wash my feet again after my shower because I walked from bathroom to bed with bare feet. No soap in shower. I’ve machine dirty and not working. Ughhh😣

TV and room phone did not work. Other guests were running up and down the hallways with very loud voices from 11pm until 3am with no control by staff.
