Stunning views and a great place to sit on the great lawns or take a nice walk with your pups. Lots of trees to sit under if you want to stay cool. Just a beautiful place.

Amazing views of Burrant Inlet, Stanley Park, and Vancouver. Perfect place for your pup to stretch their legs!! You can also walk along the seawalk with your pup on leach.

Just a beautiful area to take a walk with your pup - surrounded by trees and creeks - best part it’s all shaded.

They have a beautiful large dog relief area with awesome grass. The restaurant is dog friendly too …sit in the patio area with mist being turn on for you to refresh your dog. Just a perfect hotel and the stuff for humans is great too!!

Awesome hotel and extremely dog friendly. You feel like you’re in an Indiana Jones adventure. They have a huge dog park in the back of the property. The only problem is there is no grass on the premises. Mulch everywhere, but no grass, not even in the dog park. Maybe they HAD grass, previously, which can be seen in a photo, but not now. This is why I gave it 4 bones.

One of my favorite parks in the bay area!! Lots of trees and great trails to walk your pup.

Beautiful trees and awesome grass!! Great place to enjoy yourself with your pup

Gave it 4 bones because the grass surrounding the hotel was removed, due to construction. The restaurant next door made up for that with perfectly manicured grass. Extremely dog friendly. The bed was extremely cozy, shower was great.

DO NOT STAY AT THE HEATHMAN HOTEL. Customer service is terrible. The valet broke our driver side mirror (honest mistake), but the manager dragged his feet in response. It took 7 days to get a response from him and the insurance company, while we were delayed, staying much longer than we had to in the area, at other hotels, racking up over $1700 in fees. His response? When he finally returned my third call? “We comped your one night stay and gave you a $300 credit for a future stay.” Wow! Any responsible hotel manager would have at least offered to pay half of our stay in other hotels, while were waiting to fix the car, due to delays in getting the parts. Not this one. He did less than the bare minimum to satisfy the customer.
Aside from this debacle, it may have been pet friendly, but it certainly was not pet convenient. Grass was only available in questionably safe areas at night. Crossing the street to go to a patch of grass in front of the library, I almost got mugged. The hotel room must have been designed for children, as we had to crouch down to reach the toilet seat and the sink. The bed was as low as a futon. When turning on the sink, it sounded like a bomb was going off.

Outstanding customer service and great grass areas for your pet to do its business. Highly recommend it!!

We stop here on our road trip from Seattle to san Francisco bay area.
Nice people and well kept. Highly recommend

This hotel is truly not very dog smart. They put us on the four floor furthest from the elevator!! What are they thinking? Some of the grass was very worn out, plus the grass area is very dark and has no lights. Very disappointed.

I have had the pleasure to stay at this beautiful hotel numerous times. But I was extremely disappointed this time around. From the limited grass areas to take my dog to potty -- as every area made it a point to say off limits to dogs -- no longer feels like it’s a very dog-friendly hotel. Very different from my past experiences. The change in decor of the hotel. In the past it felt like you were on a cruise ship. Now it felt like nothing out of the norm. In addition, the view from the hotel became a giant eyesore due to all the parking garages. Just terrible.
An amazing dog park , lots of trails for your fur-baby to roam free.
Just awesome 👏 🤩♥️ plus nice dog parents

Whistler is just an amazing place!! It’s dog parks don’t disappoint.
Friendly people and their pups too.
Couldn’t ask of more of a perfect setting.

Just a beautiful dog park with amazing views all around. Love how it’s all fenced in. My dogs loved this place.
Just the perfect place to run free before a day of exploring Banff National Park.

Extremely unpleasant experience.
Been traveling on the road for four days and wanted my dog to get a good run.
As we got to the park we got greeted by dangerous dogs who the owners did not give a heck about controlling.
Avoid this park at all cost only attend if you are part of the regular goers.
Not a friendly bunch.

Overpriced dog fees. Dog area is not even real grass, plus at night there are no lights in the dog area. Staff was rude, location is not safe to walk your dogs at night. Not really any place to walk them, if you don’t mind a big parking lot. Just terrible place!!!

It was just a terrible experience. Resort never locked their doors and it was a very shady area. Not a great place to walk your dogs in the middle of the night.
love how Whistler is so so dog friendly!!
the beach is perfect for dogs!
thank you Canada for letting us have our furbabies with us as we explore these amazing Natural Parks

just an amazing dog park !! Canada is so dog friendly especially in National Parks and this dog park doesn’t disappoint- amazing views!! we spend a week in Banff and we would come here so my dog could get her off leach run…just perfect.

Perfect dog hotel, great rooms and lots of grass for dogs to do their business. Plus, staff was really friendly to my dogs.

They are very dog friendly and have real grass which is great for my fur babies. The rooms are amazing and very clean. The staff is very nice. Will truly be coming back!!

What an amazing place - They even had a dog treat basket for each of my dogs. This is the most dog friendly hotel I have ever stayed at. plus a lot of grass for your dogs. Will be returning here for sure 🐕🐶♥️

extremely dog friendly!! trails for everyone - small pups or large pups!!

Great Location - lots of grass for your dog to do his thing !! Plus there is no charge for your dog .... the staff is very dog friendly!!! Can’t say enough good things about this place!!! We had a full size kitchen which made it easy to make our dog his meals !!!
Highly recommend this hotel...

Outstanding place to bring your dog - staff and place are very dog friendly

Only complaint no big dogs allowed - we have a small dog - but do not understand why no big dogs allowed - other wise nice and very clean place. Friendly staff and a great breakfast.

Great for dogs and humans- beautiful settings - friendly staff and the dog area are nice. The rooms are outstanding and the location of the hotel is perfect.
Truly will recommend and be returning soon.

If you are a traveler with a dog and are planning a staying in the Atlanta area - this a must place to stay - we did a 16 day road trip cross country this truly was the best hotel for our dog and us humans. The grass area for our pet was outstanding everywhere you turn there was a grass area for him to do his business our play. We are planning a return here in the near future.
In addition great friendly staff.
