Christopher Fouser and Elisha Mead are life-long dog and cat owners. 

They are also athletes so they have combined their two passions – animals and exercise – and formed Zen Pet Care Services.  The concept for Zen Pet Care Services developed after they saw statistics indicating that “53% of adult dogs and 55% of cats in the U.S. are overweight causing arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney disease, certain cancers and heart and respiratory disease.” 

This sparked their interest in helping get our furry family members back into shape.  (Now cats may not be as susceptible to an exercise program, but Elisha loves caring for and entertaining cats!)
