Spent 2 nights here because other hotel was not acceptable. Called BringFido when we got to 1st place and it wasn’t right. They called Best Western for us and got us a room right away. Staff at Best Western very accommodating and friendly, rooms clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay, breakfast was nice also (free).

Staff very friendly and accommodating, enjoyable stay. Had to cancel our last night because of ferry cancellation and did not charge us for late cancellation.

Upcharge for pet was misrepresented along with room and bed size. When we booked a queen size bed and room when we checked in we were told that’s not what should have been available. Again BringFido staff helped with this. Waiting on a refund from this establishment because they did not know how to credit the charge card.

Do not judge a book by its cover. The outside looks like an old sea town should look like but once inside everything changed, rooms were clean and comfortable. Even though you were on street side, very quiet and had a balcony that you were still able to see the fishing fleet. Attached restaurant was great, and allows dogs.

Picked this hotel to stay in while visiting Nova Scotia, Canada. Enjoyed our stay here with our Australian Shepherd, all the staff greeted him. All guests loved seeing him when we came in thru the lobby. Only downside was restaurant closed early. Beautiful hotel, room was spacious and clean, Loki our Aussie loved the king size bed.

Heading up to Nova Scotia, wanted a room to spend night before heading up. Our Aussie loved it, staff friendly and treated Loki and us with care and room was clean bed was comfortable. Great place for pets had nice open property for dogs to play.
