Lots of space for dog walks, especially along the river behind the hotel. Price is very reasonable. Rooms have enough space to be comfortable for people and pets. Convenient access to local amenities. Have stayed there several times.

Room was nice and perfect size for me and my two Springers. Hotel was in a very nice area with plenty of grassy space for happy puppy walks. Staff was nice and helpful.

Totally dog friendly, staff is always welcoming, lot of open space for pups to get a walk. And the complimentary “real” breakfast is in the adjacent restaurant, not the typical hotel faire! Rooms were always clean and comfortable, but they are now in the process of being renovated. Golf course is also adjacent to the hotel.

As noted, close to I-70, rooms were clean and adequate. Grassy areas are limited, but there is a Best Western a nice walk about a block down the road with grassy areas on both sides of the sidewalk if you have finicky pups who only like to go on grass.

The accommodations while basic, were better than other average for Comfort Inns. Pups had plenty of space to stretch their legs in the vacant lots behind and adjacent to the hotel. Plenty of poop bags available on the property green space, which was limited, but sufficient for dogs to take care of business. Breakfast was standard fare. Staff was nice.

Standard room, clean, plenty of space for two people and my two Springers. Standard hotel breakfast. Plenty of outdoor space behind the hotel for the dogs to get some exercise. Walking distance to restaurants.

First floor room was good size, clean, convent and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Designated dog area wasn’t spacious, but a large undeveloped lot behind the hotel gave my spaniels space to stretch their legs. Convenient access to the interstate and nearby restaurant.

Large open areas all around the hotel. Enough to let the dogs go for a run! Good breakfast. Nice rooms.

Best Western’s are almost always a good bet for accommodating pets and this facility is no exception. Friendly staff, plenty of grass space for walking, nice rooms. And no pet fees! All good, would stay there again😊

Mountain lodge decor, nice rooms with plenty of space. Lots of grass areas around the facility with handy pickup bags if you need them. Staff offers dog treats at check-in & no pet fee! Best Western Plus facilities are typically consistently really good. Would definitely recommend!

Been staying at this hotel for years; first time with the dogs. Lots of space to take walks. The area has exploded in recent years, started with just a Cabela’s store, now lots of new restaurants, and shops & restaurants.

Just a few blocks from everything in Carmel - a very dog friendly town! Fabulous dog friendly beach. The balcony rooms are great. Hotel staff was super, maps included locations of all dog friendly restaurants.

First floor ocean view room was clean, comfortable and spacious! Access to very nice, dog friendly beach was less than a block away. The motel was at the highway end of a jetty separating the ocean from the harbor. Lots of seals and sea lions in the harbor.
