It's less common to find a high end restaurant that’s also dog friendly. The food was amazing! Red Snapper was the fresh catch of the day. And the porch was very welcoming for me and my dog. They even brought him some water in a bowl he couldn’t tip over! I travel solo with my dog, so it was very nice to enjoy a wonderful meal where I didn’t have to stress about whether or not my dog was welcome! They were also okay when I took him with me to the restroom inside.

The oysters were delicious! I always have oysters at least once when visiting Appalachicola. This was a new place for me, and the food did not disappoint! The patio was very dog friendly! Multiple water stations and bowls available for dogs. I travel solo with my dog. So I certainly appreciate my server filling my dog’s water bowl as often as my own water glass! We were there on a hot day and my server even brought ice for my dog’s water bowl.

If there’s a chocolate shop in town I will find it. And this shop was certainly a treat! I travel solo with my dog so it’s sometimes challenging if my dog can’t go inside an establishment with me. They were accommodating and had no issue with my dog joining me inside while I purchased my chocolates. They also have dog friendly seating outside that was comfortable!
