Clean and comfortable

Not easy to find if you arrive late at night. GPS takes you to the back of the building and the property is surrounded by nice lush trees, so not visible from the road. Conveniently located near I-95.

Not a good experience

We’re very disappointed. Upon arrival we were advised they had no cable, no internet, no TV and were not able to issue keys. To get in and out of the room, the only attendant available had to physically use a key to let guests in/out. We understand these events can happen and are unavoidable.

The next morning, we looked forward to the breakfast offered by La Quinta, and most importantly to a fresh cup of coffee before hitting the road on our way to Florida. To our deep disappointment and disbelief, the coffee dispensers were empty. We informed the front attendant that the coffee urns needed to be refilled. She unapologetically informed us that they couldn’t make coffee because they had no filters! She also said, she had just come in and couldn’t do anything to help. I find this to be a very poorly managed hotel. Didn’t anybody notice the need to get coffee filters the night before??

The breakfast supplies were also very scant. They had bagels but no cream cheese, no serving utensils for the warmer with the scrambled eggs and potatoes. No attendant in the area. No wonder I was the only guest trying to get some coffee at about 7:30am - a time when the breakfast area at other La Quintas are teaming with guests! By the way, there was also no water in the pool. For all the above reasons, we find the service provided to be unacceptable and below par. We’re normally not prompt at giving bad reviews but we find this experience to be extremely unsatisfactory. I would give this hotel no more than 2 bones.

Great accommodations

Convenient location traveling on I-95 south. Excellent service and immaculately clean. It’s worth the additional price compared to our usual stays at pet friendly hotels of lesser category. We would stay there again!

Great location off I-95 and best overall

This has been probably one of the best La Quinta’s we have stayed in. The lobby was very clean and fresh smelling. The room had no carpeting so no bad smells. And while the hallways were carpeted, there were no smell as in several other LQ locations. Personnel was pleasant and the breakfast area and offerings were good. My husband’s only complaint was that his side of the mattress was perhaps seen better days. He didn’t sleep to comfortably but my side was ok. Many restaurant choices nearby.

Convenient

It was as good as you can expect from La Quinta. My only problem was that there was a strong urine odor in the hallway of the fifth floor where we stayed. The hallway is carpeted and perhaps they should use tiles which are easier to clean and do not retain odors. This hotel is close to many eating establishments and a Fresh Market.
