Upon check in, the clerk did not know it was made thru BringFido. They charged me $25 for the dog and there is absolutely nowhere to walk them or for them to go potty. It's concrete (parking lot) all around. The floor was filthy and the bathroom suspect. Suspect persons walked around all night causing my GSD to bark. Never again.

Room was comfortable but the TV was not working and coffee pot in room was also not workable. Honestly in all hotels I've stayed in during my 5 day journey across the states, every single hotel except Best Western in Joliet IL had something that was missing or didn't work 🙃
