Perfect place for pets!

The rooms have a tile floor that is not slippery. There is a pet relief area around the back of the parking area that is fenced in. Poop bags are supplied. It should be noted that the parking area has some of the best and brightest lighting I’ve seen at a hotel. The staff were happy and friendly to both us and Grunt. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

A real gem!

Staybridge Suites Myrtle Beach - West an IHG Hotel

What a great stay we had at Staybridge! The suites are comfortable and suited us perfectly during our trip. There are 2 supply and waste stations at the back of the hotel along with a few benches to sit and enjoy the view of the pond. There is construction next door but we could barely hear it. The cleaning staff did an excellent job as the room was clean when we returned after our day. Our dog is 72 pounds and was welcomed and enjoyed his stay. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and pleasant. It’s about 10-15 minutes to downtown Myrtle Beach and all of the restaurants are close by. It’s easy to get to the hotel as its right off of 501. We will definitely stay there again.

Bring your pup and enjoy!

The Stuffed Pig

We brought Grunts Chuckit pad to lay/sit on. There are rocks on the ground and we wanted him comfy while we enjoyed a hearty breakfast. staff are so inviting and friendly towards dogs and their handlers. several people (customers and staff) came over to say hello and give Grunt a few pats. We enjoyed breakfast every day we were in town at The Stuffed Pig. The food and the staff are wonderful and hustle to keep the tables cleared and the food moving. Highly recommend for anyone with a well behaved pup to visit!

Clean rooms for you and your pup!

Blackfin Resort and Marina

We haven’t been to Black Fin in a long time. So much has changed, all for the better! The rooms have been redone and are beautiful and so clean! The grounds have beautiful pathways that your pup will love to explore. There is a lighted area near the pool that has plenty of tables and chairs. the Marina/beach area have beautiful docking areas. A short walk to the beach area that has plenty of seating for all. There is a tiki hut that gives shade during the warm hours. We sat with our pup one afternoon because it was too warm to go to the beach with our senior pup. There was a beautiful breeze and we were quite comfortable. There is a grilling area that is surrounded by beautiful shade trees with tables and benches as well. For a clean room with that old Marathon feel and some of the friendliest people working there visit Black Fin Resort and Marina. We will be back!

We will be back for more!!

Porky's Bayside BBQ

We were greeted with smiles and seated quickly. Our server Coleen brought a bowl of ice water out right away along with our menus. Had Crab cake appetizer that was delicious. Dinner was the coconut shrimp dinner. The shrimp were pure perfection and huge! We did get desserts to go as we were so full from our meal. Staff was pleasant and upbeat. Grunt was tired from his busy day at the beach and fell asleep to the Jimmy Buffet music playing. Great place to take your pup and enjoy a well prepared meal with pleasant staff that offer warm smiles. We will be back for more!!
