Traveling down interstate using the overall review scores which were very good, booked within hour arrived in 10 minutes said were on 2nd floor and there is no elevator! I can’t stay truly my little dog did a Cirque de Soloeil on the steep stairs. We went to office and said we can’t stay here. My dog fell already, we can’t get our luggage up the stairs we are seniors. The young man said, "Well I told you it was on 2nd floor." We said yeah but we didn’t know there was no elevator and he said well you can see the hotel that there is no elevator? Wait is it legal to have 2 floors without handicapped access? We were like WHAT? We didn’t know there was no elevator. They refused to credit us, we left anyway. CROOKS!

such a nice place … historic building … relaxing patio with ceiling fans and a screen roof to alleviate a blaring sun … pooches happy..staff super nice… Bloody Mary good and food great !!
